We like the appearance and features of this microwave, particularly the convection oven feature. Its a little hard to clean the interior becuase the front door swings down rather than to the side making it hard to reach all the way in.

Had this less than a month and have not tested all features yet. like it alot so far. The sensor in the microwave function works well. The controls take some getting used to. User must be alert to ensure correct cookware is used for the selected function. I.E. no metal in oven for microwave and fast cook functions; no plastic cookware in oven for baking mode, etc. Spend quality time reading operating instructions!!! This oven is spacious inside for a small oven and works well when baking on a hot day...it is fast and doesnt heat up room the way a regular size oven would. Happy with this oven so far.

Got this microwave two years ago. Six months ago it started to not always reheat the food. A repair person looked at it and replaced a part- sensor in the door. It was actually the third part they had to get in because first two parts were broken. It is still doing the same thing. Repair person said that it has a terrible design....They've never seen anything designed so poorly. Still dont have an always working microwave.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good features, value and reliability

Good features, lots of automatic choices such as reheat, melt, warm a plate, etc. We have it mounted in our island, and the drop-down door is much easier than a swing out door.
