DUMB DESIGN

The features are great but the door is ridiculous!! It opens down instead of the side so it makes it EXTREMELY difficult to use as convection baking. You need gloves up to your upper arms so you don't get burned taking the dish out. Would not recommend!! The door doesn't even stay down completely so you need one hand to keep the door down and hope you don't get burned while taking your dish out. How dumb were they to have such a design! The microwave works fine since the door doesn't get hot.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very poor functioning!

It is a great idea, but every aspect of it is poorly executed. Minimal power microwave and takes 4× longer to cook anything then our old one. The converction part takes AT LEAST 3x longer than all directions state. Our air fryer was SO very much better. Overall an expensive piece of JUNK!

Multifunctional, great quality, preforms rfectoy

I love the flexibility offered by this product. I am able to use the convection features to allow me to bake at one temp while using my wall oven to broil or bake at a different temperature. The microwave has many automatic features which are easy to use. My only concern is that is you are short it can be difficult to reach far into the oven .
I would recommend this to a friend!

Don't like the dial feature

Bought this microwave to go in our new home. I like the overall size of it and it seems to cook well in a reasonable amount of time. It can be a little confusing to use and there is not a number pad but a dial. No one in the fmaily likes using the dial and tends to just hit "add 30 seconds" to heat up food becuase it is quicker. Have not tried the convection feature or wifi.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice and easy to use

Excellent Replacement

This was a replacement for our previous built in GE Monogram. Everything was perfect, except the delivery. The delivery guys would not help us even open the box. My wife and I managed to unload the old one, and this is an EXACT fit; it just slid into the opening, plugged it in, screwed down the sides, and it is perfect.
