A very versatile oven that offers microwave and convection cooking while operating on a 120-volt circuit. Great features, of course, and it’s perfect for cooking on/around the holidays when a double-oven is needed for preparing multiple dishes (since I don’t have a double-oven).
Only one minor inconvenience for me is the pull-down door. Since this unit was installed in the same space as my previous microwave that had the conventional swing-to-the-right/left style door, loading and unloading items is slightly more difficult with its pull-down door because of the mounting height of the oven. Not a fault of the oven. Just something to consider. The best remedy here would be to alter the mounting cabinet, if possible. No regrets!

Multi-functional low profile

Disclaimer: we've only had this microwave for a couple of weeks and we are still learning how to use it. Aesthetically speaking it's a beautiful appliance that enhances any kitchen remodeling. It's perfectly sized to complement a conventional oven. We have yet to use half the features that it offers, such as the steamer so we can only rate its microwave and convection features. On both these fields this model is a perfect 10 out of 10. Very efficient and quiet.

Huge amount of space inside

Great microwave, the only thing I don’t like is the dial to set the options and cook time. The cook time settings only are in 15 second intervals.

Problem with door

Not a bad product but it would be much better if the door opened flat, as earlier profile models did. Also would be better if the reheat setting were more visilble.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
