Everything works great except the cleaning part. It will be very oily inside the the oven after a certain time and it is hard to clean. If Breville can improve on this , then it would be perfect

I love the oven, though it does cook a little unevenly: hotter along the sides and back. Other than that, I wish it had come with more than one dehydrator/airfry rack.

It is a great product so far. Our only complaint is that it drips out some kind of oil or something on the bottom right side when we use it..we had to order a drip pan to put under it so it wouldn’t ruin our granite top. We still love it & are a huge fan of the Breville products.
