As far as I am concerned, this oven is *magic.* I bought it for making sourdough bread, but the capabilities of this oven in the comparatively small space that it occupies are astonishing. As evidence of its value to me, I bought it for my 78 square foot tiny house on wheels, and it is more than worth it for the space it takes up. I’m actually having a kitchen remodel done to accommodate my new appliance! I absolutely LOVE it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Don't care if no cookbook

I've really enjoyed using this oven for 6 months. Have not had a single problem with adapting any recipes to it. I've hardly ever had to make recipe adjustments. It's easy to see items cooking. I occasionally take a look at the progress an anything I'm cooking for the first time. For example, casserole getting too brown, cover with tin foil, venting if necessary or adjust temperature down depending upon what's cooking. Roasted vegetables are wonderful cooked at high temperatures in this oven. Between my Instant Pot and Breville oven a whole new world of cooking has opened up for me. And, I rarely use my full size built in oven and cooktop anymore.

This toaster oven air fryer is a high quality, spacious, accurate and very functional product. Temperature range from proof to 480 depending on setting used. Add in the recipes Breville emails you periodically in addition to a cookbook you can download and I can’t imagine a better purchase! I compared this one to many others and was impressed with the quality of the stainless steel racks, stainless steel air fry basket and PORCELAIN broiler and baking pan. Quality as in a full size oven! The other products I compared this to had parts that literally felt like tin and the racks were actually bendable. Add in the ease of ordering product specific parts to supplement the included parts of which there were many and at reasonable prices. I ordered an extra rack and two extra air fry baskets. I also ordered the cutting board for the oven top and I love it! Still trying for the pizza pan with the holes in it.

Great little oven.

This is truly a worth substitute for a full-sized oven (as long as it will accomodate the size of the pot/pan to be used). I had a Smart Oven Pro previously and the added interior size of the Air version and additional features are very welcome. It may be of interest to bread bakers to know that the Staub enamalled cast iron 4-quart coquette will fit into this oven without removing the top knob of the lid. (The knob had to be removed for the pot to fit into the Pro version). I now do most of my yeast bread baking in the Staub pot in the Air oven producing a boule-type round loaf. Really great results.

Bought January 10, 2020. Loved this product. took some time to figure out air fryer for crisp items. Today the convention oven sounds like its a airplane motor going bad. NOT Happy that less than 3 months and it's dying.

Dehydrating Recipes

I am very pleased with the oven however finding instructions/recipes for dehydrating fruits (which one of the reasons I wanted this oven) is nonexistent. Does Breville not provide instructions/recipes? If not, this feature seems useless. Otherwise I would have given this product 5 stars. There is nothing on their their website regarding this feature. Any suggestions out there?

Loved this little oven...until

I received this as a Christmas gift. It is a great little oven...until the day the door would only open about 20 degrees and then the hinge would get hung up. Eventually the door did open again, but after that it would no longer close tight. It’s too bad because we really loved using this product but is now just a really expensive paper weight.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
