I think I love my new oven. The problem is I am wearing out the pamphlet that came with instructions. I found some kindle free recipe books that very helpful in adding too the instructions. I still have questions about using a drip pan when I air fry meat. It does not seem to cook on both sides if I use the pan and makes a mess. I am gradually solving the problem myself. My toast does not seem to get done on both sides following the pamphlet booklet. I am enjoying several of the features. My son who loves his says I need to go to YouTube. I just checked it and think this is where I will find my answers. My husband says it makes the best fried chicken he has ever had so it is a keeper.
Very user friendly. I have had a difficult time learning to air fry with other products. This takes the guess work out and everything turns out perfect
The oven on our stove operated inconsistently and to replace the parts is expensive. Since we are a family of two, decided to give the Breville Smart Oven Air a try, instead of repairing the oven, it was a great decision. It heats up very quickly (most preheat is done in 5 minutes or less). Doesn’t heat up the kitchen. Cooks quickly and evenly. Fits my 12” iron skillet and the 6qt. Dutch oven (without lid. The 13” frozen pizza actually tastes better, weird but true, crispy crust and cheese is lightly browned. Haven’t tried dehydrate or slow cook yet but look forward to it because the other functions have worked as advertised.
Good oven. Lots of features. Expensive... Over the 2+ years we have owned it we have had a couple of issues with the unit, but Breville customer support has been excellent and come through. (still costs them one star on the review, however)
