I love the Smart Oven Air. It cooks and bakes food just as well, if not better, than my in-wall oven. The advantage is that it heats up much faster than the in-wall oven.

We use the Smart Oven Air for everything! I roasted two 4 lb chickens in it the other night. I have a regular oven, I just prefer the results in the Smart Oven Air. It had room for a 3.5 quart Dutch oven for bread baking as well. Highly recommend!

Well, it turns out that we can't live without the Smart Oven Air! We never use the gas stove anymore. We never use the microwave. We never use the Gas oven anymore. All we use, all we need is the Breville. What a wonderful appliance. Thank you Breville.
