I bought this half way in 2021 to proof my sourdough mostly and try out the air fry. We had the older oven without this option and relegated it to the RV. The new options worked excellent.The heat stopped working on it last month so I called them. They gave me instructions to send it in assuming that they were going to repair it but to my surprise they sent me a brand new one. Thank you Breville for your excellent customer service.

The oven is a delight to work with. We use it for most things we used to cook in our main oven. It works better (better temperature control; better broiling). We enjoyed the previous oven for several years, Our one grump, admittedly significant, is that Brevilles have some parts that break or wear out after a few years. In our case, that was the convection fan. That should not happen so soon.

I bought on 02/11/22 and I made roasted vegetables and they came out really good. My only complaint is on the box it listed everything that will be included. However my box did not come with the cutting board and i was not happy about that..Let me know what I can do about that.
