We've used it daily for a year, and love it. When frying sandwiches, the top browns and requires flipping the sandwich regardless of rack position. Our only complaint is the display quit showing all the digits at about twelve months.

Like all other of the several Breville items I own, this oven is excellent. I replaces an old Breville oven that was damaged by "aggressive" cleaning. We upgraded to more functions and larger interior space by purchasing the Smart Oven Air

It doesn't really make good toast. Probably because the top two middle elements do not heat up except to broil. Nowhere in manual does it say this, and toast is never evenly browned. Air fry makes a huge smokey mess for something simple like chicken wings. We use the oven all the time, but it doesn't live up to it's name or main feature. Not worth the price.

I love this. I bought it to replace a perfectly good earlier model, but I wanted the air fry function. That cleared up counter space where my stand alone air fryer was sitting. I hardly use my regular oven for anything except that which won't fit in the Breville.
