I have owned this for over 3 years. It's made well and the accessories are very useful. I use it more than my oven. I love the time/temperature accuracy. The super convection feature is superb. I own four other Breville small appliances and strongly recommend the Air Fryer Pro..

We love Breville. This is our 2nd Breville toaster oven. We loved the last one and used it well, now we are loving our new oven along with all of its features. This oven has made cooking even easier and also given me more counter space as I was able to get rid of redundant appliances that this product replaced. We buy all Breville products and have an electric tea kettle also. All great quality purchases.

I had to send the first one back because the bake, air fry & dehydrate were not functioning correctly. They replaced it with another unit, now, this one is doing the same thing.

This item was a replacement for a Smart Oven Air Fryer Pro that I adored until it was damaged. The good news is that it was under warranty and, although it took a while to get in touch with Breville (customer service response good be improved), the exchange was effortless. I was provided with a shipping label, the shipper packaged the damaged oven, and the replacement oven was sent out quickly. The transaction confirmed my faith in Breville (which is a good thing since I own about 6 Breville small appliances).
