I purchased this oven for the complete set of options, some of which I did not envision using. The first one shipped did not work properly out of the box and Breville was very responsive in replacing it. I have used the bake, proof, air fry, toast options and have been pleased.
While this may seem insignificant, the finger pull on the plugs of Breville products is amazing. Such a small design issue, but so convenient for removing plugs from outlets.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great until glass shattered while cooking!!

DO NOT BUY! We put pizza in walked away for a few minutes and came back to shattered glass.

This oven has saved my sanity. No more waiting 20-30 minutes for the big oven to preheat and turning things halfway through. Had to adjust for totally convection, but I’ve baked lasagna, chicken pot pie, roasted veggies and it makes great toast. Go for it!

I shopped around looking for an appliance that did everything and I found it with the Smart Over Air. I reviewed other brands but always came back to the Breville. I have now used the Roast, Bake, Air Fry and Slow Cook functions to date and everything has gone well. While the oven costs a lot it appears to be worth the money. Excellent product.
