I like my smart oven seems to run fine it cooks very nice and evenly I’ve only had it for three months and I read a lot of reviews about the fan going out so far so good with mine I would love to order some more baskets or the oven but they’re out of stock I’ve been trying for three months now

We were in the middle of kitchen renovations when we had to isolate due to COVID. We were stuck without an oven because couldn't have anyone come in to install it. We got this as an interim solution, and for me it has been as good as a full-size oven - and better in some ways. The oven has worked great for baking, roasting and toasting. The settings are very intuitive. The "bagel" setting is a nice plus for getting English muffins toasted exactly how I want them on the top and just warmed on the bottom. Very roomy, too.

I looked at the multitude of options for a new oven. The choices were many, but the feedback from a few friends who had purchased (or been gifted) a Breville made this an easy decision. A decision that I'm glad I made.
The simplicity of operations is a key feature. No need for an advanced degree in programming here. I've used almost every function (no dehydration yet) and the results have been excellent. I particularly like the air fry and broil functions. I recently broiled fresh swordfish and it was the best I've ever cooked; and I've baked a few cakes and make cookies all the time.. Another note is that I had the misfortune of getting an oven that had a problem with its preheat function. With no difficulty I contacted Breville and they replace the entire oven - without hesitation in just a few days. Big Kudos to the customer service team. 100% customer care. Without reserve or hesitation - this is a great addition to any kitchen. I haven't had to turn on my big oven in months.

I purchased this oven for the complete set of options, some of which I did not envision using. The first one shipped did not work properly out of the box and Breville was very responsive in replacing it. I have used the bake, proof, air fry, toast options and have been pleased.
While this may seem insignificant, the finger pull on the plugs of Breville products is amazing. Such a small design issue, but so convenient for removing plugs from outlets.
