My favorite kitchen appliance, very easy to use and multi functional. My family uses it everyday, more than once a day. I had an issue with door not fully closing, but customer service was great and resolved it quickly.

My husband is a big toast person—every morning, and every sandwich— and wouldn’t you know, that is the very function that performs poorly on this oven. He has tried various combinations of “number of slices,” “dark/light,” and rack level without success. Thankfully he chose this oven over others I suggested, so he is willing to accept slightly uneven toast. Having little experience with air frying, I can’t judge it’s performance, but I find I use it almost exclusively to my standard oven.

I had a previous version that didn't have all the bells and whistles this oven does (or the size). Gave the older unit to my son (which he loves it). The functionality of this product sets it apart from the competition. It does everything but wash the dishes. If it ever breaks, I'll be getting another. If your space will hold the outside dimensions, BUY one!
