Nice multipurpose oven, but needs some refining.

Had to exchange twice to get one that has the least amount of defect. When the unit heats up the door warps to the left leaning a gap on the top right hand side of the door which then allows steam out and drips to accumulate on the counter. It’s a nice oven overall, but they really need to figure out a way to have arms on both side of the door to prevent this from happening.

Thank you for your review and feedback. Steam coming out from the oven door is normal. The door is vented to release steam created from high moisture content foods. But we do value your input. Great Toaster Oven but does live up to its Air Fryer name. Fresh Russet potato fries rinsed, dried, oiled, and seasoned come out browned but not crisped. Taste good, but floppy. It is going to be a challenge for a Toaster Oven to be able to circulate out the moisture while holding temperature to "fry" the food.
