The Breville Smart Oven Air is awesome. We had some problems . . . but quickly resolved because the Breville Customer Service are top notch. Our issues were quickly addressed and resolved . . . we were treated with utmost respect. I cannot say enough about their customer service. I love my oven . . . perfect for hot Florida weather. Keeps my kitchen cool. Can’t imagine being without it.
Looks good, works good, but steam leaks out from the door seal and fogs up the digital display. You have to constantly wipe the moisture off to see the display read out. We have tried wiping the seal assuming something was on it and preventing a tight seal but it did not resolve the issue. I like to buy premium products but this disappoints.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Better then our existing oven with easy to use dials for every cooking function from broiling to air frying and 6 slice toasting with convection for faster cooking. As convenient as our microwave for everyday use, not quite as fast, but so much better for crisping up leftovers quickly. Even better for checking progress and maneuvering heavy casseroles without bending over!!!
This is an amazing device - important to read the included Users' Manual to properly use its many functions. Much more convenient than the oven and quicker cooking.
Breville is an exceptional company with excellent customer service. The Smart Oven Air has officially replaced my main oven. It's incredibly fast at preheating and has so many features and functionalities!
