To categorize this as a toaster oven does it a disservice as it is one of the smartest appliances I own. It recalls your last settings, figures out how long and what temp is correct and so much more. The little things like magnetic pulls mounted on the door to pull out the shelves in a couple of key positions when opening the door along with reminders of rack position for common modes of use printed right on the glass door are some things no one else has. This attention to detail separates this brand from all others. Unfortunately, I have not had it long enough to experience every mode of operation, but each of them I used had perfect results. This is the Rolls Royce of the toaster oven market. If you want high quality with loads of convenience, this model is for you.
Compact and wildly versatile, this oven has shown itself to be able do all the things that is is promoted to do. Of particular use is the ability to air fry and make great pizza. We haven't explored all the possibilities beyond cookies but it does doe cookies evenly across all areas of cookie sheets. We find it has the right balance of size and capacity. Not too big, but larger than you think; we have trialed both a roast chicken and a ham roast - very good results for both. Breville has a pair of free recipe books that we highly recommend to anyone who would purchase this oven. Both give you a quick start and serve as a reference to help you optimize all that you can do with the oven.
I am beyong pleased with my smart oven air. My family are enjoying every feature of this product and have not used our stove oven since receiving it. From baking to air frying to making pizza to reheating to toasting bread and bagels --makes everything easy and simple.
Great product. It is not loud like other air fryer systems. The size is small enough to fit under our kitchen shelves. Best of all, it cooks and air fries food perfectly.
We've only had this for a couple weeks and are already obsessed with it! I love how air frying veggies is significantly shorter than roasting in a regular oven. It also looks/feels super high quality. Just be aware it takes up a ton of counter space.
