The Air Fryer Pro stood up to its promised. We use it several times a day in a variety of modes. The air fryer basket is large and thus allows for many air fryer meals adding a nice crunch to our life. All of the other functions are as good as our previous Breville smart oven, so no surprises there. The size allows for a variety of pan sizes also which is handy. Nicely, as always, done, Breville!

Excellent when it works, but poorly designed electronics. First one died after 5 months - did not turn on and/or stopped in mid-cooking cycle. New replacement did the same thing.

I wanted a second oven to use instead of my built-in one especially when for smaller size food items. The first oven I received would not start and displayed an error code. I informed Breville and they arranged to ship a replacement which arrived promptly at no cost to me. This time everything worked fine and since then I have used it to bake breads and cook all kinds of casseroles and air fry potatoes and chicken. All in all, I am very pleased with this oven

This oven is considered by my wife, an expert chef, as the best thing I ever bought her! It works wonderfully. The problem is that if anything goes wrong, Breville will not help you figure out what went wrong nor how to fix it. That may have been acceptable in the old days, but it’s not acceptable now. You have to pack your whole oven up and ship it back. Until Breville revises their policy and provides real customer support, I’d suggest that prospective buyers look for some of the other newer brands that have come on the market. Breville had cornered the market with this little gem of an oven. They will quickly lose it with this little stinker of customer non-support. I hope Breville will let me know when improve their policy.
