I love my Breville SmartOven Air, but steam escapes from the oven door and I'm afraid that I will have issues with it down the road. I just traded the old one in less than a year after purchasing it because the control knob wouldn't slide up the scale to the top but bounced back and forth on the bottom of the selection scale.
I'm hoping that this steam issue won't be a problem because I really like this oven!

Breville makes quality products. This is my 3rd Smart Oven plus purchased more for gifts to others. Love all the features including the air fryer. Have not tried dehydrate feature yet. Would like stainless pizza tray as an option. It would compliment the quality of Breville instead of the black coated pizza tray.
