This is such a versatile appliance. It’s perfect for baking cookies and cakes, all the way to a chicken or roast, then air frying fries or chicken tenders. It is also the best bagel toaster I have ever had.

I was a little apprehensive to spend this much money on a countertop oven, but I have had another type for years and was accustom to using them and when ours finally died I missed having one.
I had no idea of just how much better this one would be than my previous one, which did a fine job at some things, but in no way does it compare to all I can now do with the new Breville.

My family use the Breville oven everyday. I don’t like how the cooking residue sticks to the tub heating coils, it made out of a thin material so it get hot to the touch on the outside, It’s a good kitchen aid for having to not turn on your large oven. It cooks well, air-fry works grate.
