A superb appliance. It has steadily improved over the years to be one of the best kitchen appliances of all time. This is my third one. It is easily the most used appliance in our kitchen.
The addition of the dehydration feature (oven can heat as low as 80 degrees!) makes it an an amazing and powerful tool in the kitchen. The addition of the interior light, the reversible racks, the temp. settings in 5 degree increments, the "super convection" mode. And the price has not increased!

I am a travel nurse that practically Ives in hotels. Night my first Breville smart oven about 6 years ago in NY. Now I’m working in Texas & bought the Smart oven air. I LOVE it and everything it can do!!! It keeps me eating healthy! I can bake, roast, air fry & more and not have to depend on just a skillet to prep my meals! I have recommended this oven to all of my colleagues.
