Very impressed with this Oven. Love the way it cooks & air fries. The food comes out great. Still learning it's functions & how things work. It looks great on my counter. Glad I purchased it.

1. It undercooks what most recipes state timewise, so we are constantly having to extend the time, especially with the air fryer.
2. Toasting bagels varies based on who made the bagel, but we keep using a 6 or 7 setting (the highest ones) because it chronically "undertoasts".
3. Like the rack listing on the door (quite helpful), but it would be more helpful to have it for when you open the door and have a listing on the inside of the door for when you want to insert a rack, etc.
4. Control Panel is easy to use.

I am slightly disappointed so far with tis product; for the amount we paid I was hoping for better than just average. Maybe the more we use it the higher of a rating I will give, but I am comfortable giving an "average" rating. Because it is only average I would not recommend it to friends (based on the cost and rating).
