Since we purchased the Breville Smart Oven Air, not a single day has gone by without us using it. We’ve used every function including making excellent beef jerky with the dehydrate function. We would recommend this oven to anyone and also suggest getting an extra air fry tray/basket.

It makes great everything! My wife makes french fries in it, with hot air.. Incredible, everything she cooks has come out great in the past 6 months. The only reason not 5 stars, because of a small fire inside.
It was clean, as we clean the bottom after each use, and purchased a protector for the bottom which it should come with. Some how she was cooking or defrosting something in the oven, and what ever unthawed dripped to the bottom and caught fire. It was in a tray when defrosted, s9 om guessing maybe it popped like wood does in a fireplace while dethawing and it hit the electrode and fire.
Besides this works great, may just R&D to make a cover for filaments that get to to prevent direct contact? But who know, id buy again.

Great all around oven,toaster, and broiler.
Condensation occurs on outside of oven when toasting bread and frozen French fries.
Was able to get rid of an air fryer and toaster. More room on the counter!

Using the air fryer function is great except when you need a bit of oil. In order to avoid dripping on to the heating elements, you need to put a pan under the basket.

Air fry is uneven from to back and takes longer than it says. Baking is also uneven front to back. Overall though good machine and love the interior size!
