I use it almost everyday and am happy with it. It does have hot and cold spots so there is uneven baking even in convection and super convection modes.

You can do just about anything in this oven! Bake cookies, roast veggies, make a giant pan of baked ziti. Its awesome. Takes time to heat up like a regular oven and is a bit loud when its going. But I would buy it again and again and again. Love my Breville.

Use this oven almost daily. 12” cast iron fits inside so making pizza from scratch is a breeze.
