This is my second purchase of the same product and I could not be happier with my Breville Smart Oven! I also could not tell you the last time I used the actual oven at my house. This model is so versatile and so easy to use, I think I will continue to use my built in oven as storage!

Loved this! Except…

We’ve had this product for four years now and have loved it! However it suddenly doesn’t want to shut properly. I have to force the door shut! And because of this, my oven constantly thinks it’s in preheat mode. Last night the timer wouldn’t work. I’m disappointed that such an expensive product hasn’t been holding up better. If I had to guess I would say we’ve used this 20 times.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is the second time I buy this oven… Even the old one last me for 5 years it was really good quality. I really like all the features that the oven has. I also like that it can fit a hole chicken or a 12” pizza (I can put two pizzas)

Oven door won’t close

Great oven . Love it. Almost 3 years old and the door won’t close tight anymore. We purchased the warranty and they sent us a check for the full amount. Happy for that but I was really hoping Breville would send me somewhere to get it fixed. I will be buying another for sure.

Burns out fast

Used it a moderate amount and have had 3 of these toaster ovens go bad within a 4-5 year period
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have had this one about a year plus my problem is cleaning or keeping it clean? How? I hesitated on getting the new one for the same reason.
I would recommend for cooking it is the cleaning I am concerned with.
I am also having a bit of a problem as one of the other customers with door a bit loose.
