The Smart Oven Air is everything my previous Breville Oven wasn't. It has Air Fry and Dehydrate modes, an interior light, phased cooking and a polished SS crumb pan. The one feature that is missing is a delayed on feature; one can cheat with the phased on feature, but it is not the same. Overall this oven is a keeper. Even cooking and easy to keep clean.

We love this oven. It's better than our actual big one. Everything comes out perfect. We use it for toasting, baking, air frying...pretty much everything. The "keep warm" function is great too. I'd recommend it to anyone.

My husband bought our Breville Smart Oven Air for us for Christmas 2 years ago. And we use it every day! Breakfast toast, bagels, potatoes. Lunch frozen pizzas, open face cheese sandwiches. Dinners steaks, chicken, pork chops, roasted vegetables. I've baked cakes, brownies and cookies in it. I've made pot roasts, roasted chickens....I hardly ever use my ovens. The only thing I would like is it to be self-cleaning! I clean the pull out crumb tray at least once a week, but the walls and ceiling are hard to clean.
