This is not an oven, it’s a time machine. I can’t count how many times I have made meals on the fly with this thing. Dehydrate function is awesome. Used the proofing which works well. Top-notch customer support.

Love this oven! This has basically replaced my regular oven for 95% of my baking needs. I have used every single setting, and I love them all! By far my most favorite feature is the proof setting. My kitchen is cold this time of year, and this function has been indispensable in my bread baking! All my small batch bakes have come out perfect, from cookies, brownies, quick breads and yeasted breads. Best countertop oven ever!

This oven is incredible!! I never knew I needed an air fryer until I got this :)
The proof setting is one of my favorite ways to use this oven, as well! I can fit an entire 9 x 13 dish in this oven without heating up my big oven, which to be honest, I hardly ever use anymore!
The only downside for me is that the convection fan is a bit loud but I love everything else about this oven. I totally recommend it!

This product is well designed and intuitive to use. If you are looking for a toaster - beware that it takes 7 minutes to toast bread. A typical single function toaster can do the job in 2 minutes. However, if you need a variety of functions and are willing to wait for the toast, this is a terrific product. Excellent choice if you bake bread and need a proofing oven.
