Fan stopped working, now it’s useless!

Fan stopped working in less than 2 years of use. It’s a common issue with this oven. Without the fan, it’s basically useless and can only be used as a toaster nothing else. I’m very disappointed with Breville. I was expecting more lifetime from a product with such a price tag. Please don’t waste your money.

I'm so CONFUSED!

I see so many images in these reviews that show foil, foil pans & parchment paper. Book says that's a no no. Are there ANY glass bake ware I can use in this oven? Anchor Hocking says NO. Pyrex has not responded to me messaging them thru their website. NOBODY has an answer.

Thank you for your comments. Foil should not be used to line/wrap the crumb tray, as it can cause the oven to overheat. You may use foil to cover cookware, and parchment paper to line cookware, as long as they don't touch the elements. For particular cookware questions, you will want to follow that cookware's manufacturer's suggestions regarding using their cookware in a toaster oven.
Excellent when it works, but poorly designed electronics. First one died after 5 months - did not turn on and/or stopped in mid-cooking cycle. New replacement did the same thing.

Great Oven!

I just bought two of these BOV900BSSUSC ovens within a three week timespan and they are AWESOME! Only complain that I have is: On one of the Ovens, the rack was crooked and they have two, different wall plugs for some reason. I'll be calling Customer support tomorrow to see if they could replace the damaged rack and to see why they have two different wall plugs.
They are both +/- 2° degrees fahrenheit of the set temperature. I verified this not with one, not two, not three, but FOUR Thermoworks thermometers at the same time. A little excessive, I know but I figured what the heck. Another plus is that on the bake setting it can go as low as 120°F.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Loved it but didn’t last

I bought my oven three years ago, and have absolutely loved it. It does everything from toasting bread to baking pizzas and air frying chicken and fries. It’s been my favorite toaster oven I’ve ever owned. How disappointed was I when it started acting up a week ago. The hinge on the door broke and now we have to be careful when opening it, otherwise it just flops open heavily onto the counter. As soon as the door broke, so did the timer/clock. Now there’s no way to program the cooking time, and I have to monitor the oven while it cooks to make sure it doesn’t just turn off after a couple of minutes (or keep cooking after the food is done). I’m very disappointed that such a great appliance, that I paid a lot of money for, stopped working properly in just three years. I really expected it to last longer!

I bought this oven after using one at a friend's house and loving it. it's a beautiful and functional design. The controls are intuitive and very simple to use. The options to bake, warm, air fry, toast, slow cook make this an amazingly versatile tool. I haven't turned on the regular over since this arrived. I wish I'd bought one years ago!

Worst Appliance I Have Ever Owned

You would think that paying a premium for a countertop appliance would bring you years of top-notch performance. You would be wrong if you purchased this unit.
After about 2 years of use, it no longer gets up to temperature, it takes forever to toast bread or a bagel, and you effectively have no support options after the warranty is expired.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So noisy after 2 years

We LOVED our Breville in the first two years. It now it has such a noisy fan it is almost unusable. This was an expensive piece of equipment and expected more for the price we paid.
