Had a problem with the first oven. Talked with customer service. They took care of all paperwork to return the oven and had a new oven in a week. Used a lot of the features and works beautifully

This is my second Breville Oven (lost my first in a custody battle,lol). I wish I hadn't waited so long to replace it. However, this new Smart version with Air Fry is amazing. All the presets make this oven easy enough for my 9 & 10 year olds to use (supervised of course). As for cooking performance, until you get used to it, I wouldn't cook anything as long as the instructions on the food package or recipe say too. You may end up over cooking if you do, as the heat is much more uniform in this oven, and the cooking space being smaller it tends to cook faster than most regular size ovens.

I have purchased this same smart oven twice now. The first oven lasted me exactly two year and I purchased another one because I was happy with all of the options the smart oven gave me but my second smart oven pro broke at exactly the two year mark as well. It has given me an “E06” error anytime I want to turn it on to use. I was given the option to pay for repairs or get a new one at full price. For the amount that these ovens, they should last way longer than two years. I am really disappointed and will not be purchasing anything made by breville in the future.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Oven!

I just bought two of these BOV900BSSUSC ovens within a three week timespan and they are AWESOME! Only complain that I have is:
On one of the Ovens, the rack was crooked and they have two, different wall plugs for some reason. I'll be calling Customer support tomorrow to see if they could replace the damaged rack and to see why they have two different wall plugs.

They are both +/- 2° degrees fahrenheit of the set temperature. I verified this not with one, not two, not three, but FOUR Thermoworks thermometers at the same time. A little excessive, I know but I figured what the heck.
Another plus is that on the bake setting it can go as low as 120°F.

the product is very good, I bought it about 6 months ago, but I was disappointed in terms of cleanliness, the inside is not non-stick as the manufacturer describes, it is not possible to clean the grease just using a sponge and soap, after several attempts I tried to use a product abrasive, but this damaged the inside of the oven. It is a pity that such a good and expensive product is difficult to clean. I am disappointed!

I bought a different Breville Toaster Oven earlier and was thrilled with it. I then found this model which added air frying. I had to have it. I gave my earlier model to a friend and they were also very happy with the unit.

Start button quits working

We've purchased two of these (Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer Pro, Brushed Stainless Steel, BOV900BSS) since 10/26/2022. Both worked for a while and then the start button quit working correctly. Both times the screen on both units displays a two line code, first line = 120, second line = 9067. The thing is that we really like the unit and want one that will keep working, given the cost.
