The Smart Oven Air is one of the BEST purchases I have made! Just LOVE LOVE the oven! It is my second Breville oven, I am so in love with the ovens that I cannot bare to part with the smaller and older oven. Living in an apartment, they installed the cheapest stove and of course the oven does not work so everything is done (mostly) in the Smart Oven Air, the older one is for the over flow for other items.

Very versatile, I have not used all of the functions that this oven has, however of those used, awesome.
After three months, I would recommend the oven to all levels of cooks/chiefs. Hope to utilize the oven more in the next few months, and review again.
It is pricey, I’ve not experienced shortcomings others have experienced.

It’s larger than the standard breville. It takes up more counter space. You can use larger foil trays which is great. Cleaning often is still necessary (wish they would add a self cleaning mode). Grates don’t clean easily and stuff sticks. Otherwise I love it and use it daily.
