Hard to Clean/Condensation

I bought this in August from Crate and Barrel. The fact that it's very quiet is great. However, when using the air fryer or oven it's a mess. Food splatters to the top. The instructions tell you not to cover the food. It's very difficult to clean due to the coils at the top. I reached out to Crate and Barrel for a refund but unfortunately they said it had to be unopened or within 30 days. I had it 3 months and hadn't used the fryer or oven method often but when I finally did I discover food was sticking to the top and it builds up a lot of condensation when making certain foods and drinks. I would love to give this 5 stars but I can't. I want to return to Crate and Barrel and just get a quiet Brevel Microwave in exchange. :(

This is my second Breville. First one was showing signs of age so decided to get a newer model. Glad I did. Air fryer, a new feature to me works well and have used it for French fries, onion rings and chicken wings. Pizza setting works well. Use it for toast daily and the reheat and warming settings often. A “jack of all trades” appliance is well worth the purchase price.

We bought this to replace the original Breville oven we purchased in 2014. It still worked but it was time for an upgrade and boy are we glad we went with this one. It's much larger than the old one so it can use larger pans. Love having 2 racks and the air fryer is a nice bonus. Since owning the Breville ovens we have only used our full size oven maybe 12 times since 2014. We cook and bake everything in the oven. Best purchase we have made again.

All the bells and whistles takes 10 minutes to toast a simple slice of bread .

I purchased this oven two years ago. I was happy with all of the functions although several features do not work well. The oven does poorly for toasting. I tried to heat something in a 500 degree dish which shattered. I only use the oven to reheat pizza or use the air fryer. Would love to know how to clean the oven! Would not buy again.
