Pared to lesser models. The air dry in particular is lack luster. For baking.. the top browns faster than the rest leaving you with under baked goods

This is a great oven, so well made, like all Breville products I own or have owned. It is solid and the selection dials are easy to understand and use. I use the air fry feature to make cooked/crisp vegetables all the time. You can't go wrong with Breville.

Great appliance! Love the myriad ways to heat and cook. Very even cooking. Air Fry capability is amazing. Very large footprint, but worth it. Rarely if ever do I use my regular oven. Nice interior light. Features I'd like... meat temperature probe, griddle pan. Very happy. This is my Second Breville oven and third appliance.

Great oven that can cook just about anything

This is the third Smart Oven we have purchased and the Air is the best of the three. It’s large enough to cook just about anything, has enough settings to cook anything from toast to a slow cooked meal and everything in between. Brevity stands behind its products which also makes a huge difference.
The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is cleaning. It can get greasy inside with all the use it gets and there is not a real easy way to clean the inside of the oven, I really wish they had some sort of self clean function like regular ovens have.
