This was the best investment I made into a kitchen appliance. We use our Smart Oven Air almost daily. It cooks fast, evenly, doesn't heat up the house, and it's very easy to keep clean. I love my Breville Smart Oven. It allows me to do everything that I can do with my oven PLUS I can air fry, proof, dehydrate and slow cook. Its especially great in the summer as I can use the Smart Oven Air without heating up the house which would be the case with an oven. In addition, over the holiday season, I was able to use both my oven and Breville Smart Oven Air to cook all of my dishes.

I love this oven. It gets used everyday. I was surprise at its ability to keep temperature even when loaded with items that absorb a lot of heat. It’s also a great way to bake on a hot day and not heat up the whole house. I use the phased cooking often and it makes baking/broiling when you need phases easy. I was hesitant at first, but no regrets at all. Highly recommend this oven.
