Overall, very happy with the Smart Oven. I would say the air-fryer is not as good as the "pod" style air fryers but it works pretty good. I haven't used many of the modes, but I can say that we use our large oven way less now that we have the Smart Oven.

The oven is great, the customer support could be better. There is no model number or serial number "sticker" anywhere on the actual oven. Once you throw out the box it comes in, there is absolutely no identifying information on the oven whatsoever, so you'll never have anything to verify the oven's make, model, build date. etc... I find it hard to believe someone at Breville doesn't know that already, and nothing in the instructions about where to find a label on the product is accurate. Getting in touch with someone is next to impossible, as I called them about the lack of any label. I had to e-mail them to get any response. They had no answer to the question about a product label at all.

I’m very pleased with my purchase of the Breville Air Fryer Oven Pro. Not only is it easy to use, but it also has so many functions. Everything I have tried turns out so well. Plus it’s so easy to clean. It preheats quickly too. I love being able to see the food as it’s cooking unlike my basket air fryer. The size is awesome as well. It’s large enough to fit a full size muffin pan or pizza sheet. Although grilled cheese is nothing fancy, it’s one of my favorites in this oven. I can make at least six at a time for the grandkids. I haven’t tried the dehydrator feature yet, but I think that will be next. I highly recommend this oven!

I live in a very small apartment and cooking has always proved to be an issue. This multi-use air fryer-oven is perhaps my best purchase so far, making cooking faster, simpler, and cleaner. The ability to perform so many different operations all in one machine is incredible and the presentation and size are perfect! I've used small ovens for most of my needs for decades. This is my first Breville. I haven't used all the functions yet but the bake, roast and convection works perfectly. I absolutely love that it has an interior light and that you can change the temperature and timing even as you cook.
