I love my Breville Smart Oven. It allows me to do everything that I can do with my oven PLUS I can air fry, proof, dehydrate and slow cook. Its especially great in the summer as I can use the Smart Oven Air without heating up the house which would be the case with an oven. In addition, over the holiday season, I was able to use both my oven and Breville Smart Oven Air to cook all of my dishes.

I love this oven. It gets used everyday. I was surprise at its ability to keep temperature even when loaded with items that absorb a lot of heat. It’s also a great way to bake on a hot day and not heat up the whole house. I use the phased cooking often and it makes baking/broiling when you need phases easy. I was hesitant at first, but no regrets at all. Highly recommend this oven.

I was a little hesitant on spending this much on an oven, but in hindsight, it was very worth it! It heats up super fast, and its packed full of features. I can do literally whatever i want for a variety of options, click a button and walk away. Not only does it do a ton, it also looks amazing on my countertop. Worth the money!
