This is a great little oven! As someone who cooks/bakes constantly, this really helped out while I was waiting on repairs for my main oven. Now, unless I need the space in my full oven, I opt for the Breville. It really kept down the heat in the kitchen while baking/roasting. The proofing feature is truly great. The only feature that has not met my expections is the toast feature; this is slow, and for a variety of different types of bread, required more than one cycle even at the highest setting.

This oven lives up to it’s the promises. It does better than expected job of air frying chicken wings and French fries.
The temperature control in all modes is excellent.

We're really enjoying our new Breville Smart Oven! We're just getting started with it so we have a lot to learn but we've used it almost daily for making our dinners and snacks! Very nice features and we are excited to learn a lot more, we have barely scratched the surface with this oven!
