I wrote a review regarding the faulty door on my less than a year old oven which decided it didn't want to close all the time... Breville customer service emailed me immediately and I qualified for a replacement free. Since we do not cook with any other product I opted deposit for new one to be shipped immediately. Received new oven within a few days. I am shipping the broken one back in less than 30 days and therefore my credit card will not be charged.

The Smart Oven Air is a fantastic countertop oven. I have had others and they don't come close to comparing to the quality and function of this one. I have had it for 9 months now and it has worked beautifully. I love several of its available settings: convection bake, regular bake, broil, air fry, proofing, to name just a few. The overall size of the interior is great and will hold a quarter-sheet pan with no problem. It's even large enough to hold my small Pampered Chef round flat stone (thanks to the curved design of the back of the oven). I love the crumb tray (it's so easy to slide out and clean), the non-stick interior (racks glide easily and it's easy to wipe down once the oven cools), the door magnets (helps to pull out the racks or air fry basket), the heavy construction of the door and how well it seals, the easy control knobs and easy-read screen display (I can read it without my reading glasses), and the easy-pull plug (that center hole is genius!). It makes a great second oven and is wonderful to use in the hot summer months (doesn't heat up my whole kitchen). I can't say enough good about it! The only "negative" thing I could say is that the buzzer is quite loud - but I can live with that. Great oven! Worth every penny!

This my second Breville toaster oven. With my OLD oven there were some minor glitches with the touch control pad. I bought that one about ten years ago. I changed it out only because I wanted this one. For me this oven does everything I want it to do. It cooks, toasts, operates and looks excellent. I am single, with this oven, I never use the home oven.It is the best of best.

Love it! - Second one...

Mary - I thought the same thing about the loud beeper but read the pamphlet and there is a way to adjust (3 different settings) We replaced our last one (about six years old) it had a sticky on-off button but it still worked beautifully - I wanted the air fryer feature so upgraded - will put older one in storage for back up - Have only had for a few days but love the new one just as much as the older one - Cant wait to try all of the features!!

An incredible workhorse!

We recently downsized into a very small house with a really small kitchen. This oven is are only cooking appliance in our house and it is incredible! We thought we needed a cooktop, but this oven does everything! With a little ingenuity we have been able to boil water for pasta, fry eggs, cook rice, and more. Next project, making caramel!

This oven does everything! and does it very very well! It warms incredibly fast. Baking is a reliable and efficient. Air Fry well It's terrific and I find I use it more and more, saves time and effort and food comes out terrific. I have had one for 10 months and would not live without it. If I could keep ONLY one kitchen appliance/gadget (and I am a collector) this is the one.

I loved my Breville smart Oven Pro and used it all the time. But when this new oven arrived with the added features of air fry and dehydrate, I was excited. Got the new one for my birthday 2 weeks ago and love it! This oven is a bit larger and holds a standard 12-piece cupcake pan. It cooks a bit faster than my Breville Pro and has the "super convection" feature.
