I can't love this product more. We use it across the board from dehydration to pizza and air frying...absolutely the best and very consistent results.

A work horse in my kitchen

I LOVE this oven. It is so versatile and I use it multiple times per day. From toast for breakfast to making pizzas for dinner, it never sits idle. As a home baker, I was so impressed that I seldom turn on my Jenn-Air oven. I much prefer my Breville. I bake almost everything in it—bread, cookies, etc. I bought it almost three years ago and I can't say enough about it. Look no farther. This is the oven you need.

One of the best items EVER in my kitchen!

Recommended by a friend who is a gifted Chef. Without a doubt one of the most efficient, effective and reliable items I've ever had in my kitchen. I've worked in numerous restaurants, attended culinary school and do all cooking at home. The oven is used several times every day. There is only one down side... it is fully IMPOSSIBLE to clean.

Replace range 90% of Time

All Breville products are good In my opinion but this one is exceptional. The only thing we use our range for is stovetop frying,steaming and boiling.

Works great for all the features I've already used. Toast, bake, roast, air fry and dehydrate. I just wished it came with more recipes on dehydrating as well as more than one air fry/dehydrating tray. I am buying three more. Also fits great on the countertop under a cabinet.

It’s perfect. Large enough for a 5 1/2 qt Dutch oven, and versatile enough to heat up leftovers - all while keeping my apartment cool (vs a full sized oven in summer). I expect this to be a workhorse for many years.

This is an amazing little unit. Fro a feature standpoint in in a class by itself. I especially love the large volume air frying capability and the ability to proof bread at 80 degrees (something no oven I've ever seen can do).
