This is my second one and I would not do with out it. When I need to use the stove oven for one thing, the Breville steps in for something else. All reheats and basic cooking sre done in the smart oven air.
My only complaint is that Breville was unable to provide parts so that I could fix my first oven. I had to throw it out which seemed like a terrible waste as I was perfectly capable of fixing it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Why so squeaky?

I've had this for about 9 months and the squeaky sound every time I open and close the door is driving me nuts! It's been going on for over 4 months, which is far too long. We use this about 5 times/day and you can hear the squeak throughout the whole house. WD40 did not help :(
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Loving our new Smart Oven Air Fryer Pro

We recently bought this oven to replace our 10 year-old Calphalon toaster oven which was on its last leg. Admittedly we have not used all the features of this amazing little oven, but we are so happy with how easy it is to use. All the settings make sense - no learning curve there. There has been some trial and error though, in that this oven stays hot longer after the cook time finishes than our previous oven did - not necessarily a bad thing but takes some attention to make sure we don't overcook items left sitting in the oven. We're still learning.
There are two things I would like to mention for your consideration in designing future models. 1) When the oven selections are made and the start button is pushed, it would be nice for the temperature to show as it heats up so that we can tell how much longer it will be until the oven is ready. 2) Please consider making the magnetic strip on the door longer. It's a WONDERFUL feature but only works when the rack is in a certain position. This would be such an easy fix!

Love, love this oven HOWEVER….

I’ve used this oven for over three years and I just love it. However, I’m not happy with the cleaning part. I cannot touch the heating elements and they are filthy! I am really tempted to use Easy Off to see if it will clean. Why not design a self cleaning oven?

The best oven in its class ( But air frying 🤔)

This is our 2nd Breville oven we use every feature EXCEPT the air fryer we used it once and compared to the dedicated air fryer’s from other brands this is impossible to clean afterwards. Especially when fat from chicken hits the coils above there’s no good way to effectively clean it . However the roasting feature is my favorite. For a small appliance it’s extremely consistent. We love all our Breville products. Waiting for their pizza oven to come down in price.

I bought this about one month ago and have found it to be a great little oven. Since owning it we use our traditional oven less which is great. One this am not thrilled with is the air frying function. To my mind it’s no bettyhan a convection oven.
