Great Air Friyer

It is our first Breville brand oven. In two weeks of use, it works perfectly. When we received it, it had a small dent in a lateral area, but nothing that affected its operation. It is very well insulated so that it does not overheat the environment (I live in Texas and the climate is very hot all year round), and we did not want an additional source of heat inside the house. Its finish is very elegant and its functions are complete. Definitely what we need. The price is a little high, but worth it due to its quality.

Big, beautiful beast.

We got this as a wedding gift and it is fantastic! We use it every day, sometimes multiple times a day. The only reason I use my regular oven is if something won't fit or if I need to bake two different things at once. It heats up quickly and cooks efficiently. It is pretty big, but worth the space it takes up. I have many kitchen appliances and gadgets, and this is by far my favorite. I tell everyone who will listen that it will change your life. My complaints are: 1. Our door got a little crooked and the door doesn't seal efficiently. This causes condensation to build up under the screen. I'm assuming that it also lets some heat escape while it's cooking. We're currently in the process of talking to customer service to get this addressed. 2. It's hard to clean the greasy stains and buildup left behind on the inside of the oven and on the black tray that comes with it.
Oh my goodness LOVE THIS OVEN! It does everything. I have the baby Breville toaster oven as well. I know they are very good quality and last. I’ve had the little toaster oven quite a few years and still works great. The Smart Oven has replace my toaster and the toast is perfect every time. I have baked, roasted, air fried everything but dehydrating, that’s next on my list. Yes, it’s a little pricey but to me it’s worth it. I love the fact I don’t have to use my big oven and heat up the whole house.

Stopped cooking the food

This is less than two years old and it stopped cooking the food; twice now the chicken breasts are still raw after cooking. So disappointed in this oven. The previous Breville oven we had was wonderful and we had it for years.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I had to send the first one back because the bake, air fry & dehydrate were not functioning correctly. They replaced it with another unit, now, this one is doing the same thing.

Worst appliance ever

The Smart Oven Pro is seriously flawed. I did air fryer Brussel sprouts today and recipe says 8-10 minutes at 400. It took 25 minutes and they still weren’t crispy or even done. I have found this to be true with almost all the functions.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Did not work out of the box

I purchased the oven on line, too old and sick to go to the store. Now I have the oven hooked up and the light on the controls turns on and I hit the Pizza button and the oven never heated up. I had 3 people in my family look at it to make sure I did not make a stupid mistake in setting it up.
