I love this countertop oven! It’s so easy to use. It comes with so much! 3 racks, one which is more like a basket. There’s also a pizza pan. Can easily cook a whole Capon or small Turkey. Also comfortably fit 13 x 9 casserole dish with handles. You can buy separately a wood cutting board with fee that nest on top of the oven. It’s great for giving spice to set the extra racks on when using the oven As well protecting cupboards from heat. The little specialty rubber feet it has raises the board about 1” off the oven top so it’s still able to disperse heat. Highly recommend.

FABULOUS APPLIANCE, GREAT SUPPORT, DO NOT GET SEA SALT COLOR!

I purchased this oven from Williams Sonoma >18 months ago and I love just about everything about it. Still giving it 5 stars! I don't use the air-fryer feature often, because it is quite loud and very hot; noise is annoying and I pull it away from cabinets, so they don't overheat. "Convection" is my setting of choice. I was very excited to order the white "sea-salt" color, as I have a white kitchen, but soon after I began cooking, the paint started to discolor where the heat seeps out of the oven. Once the paint began to peel, I contacted WS who directed me to Breville , and after viewing the photos, they are replacing the appliance with no problem at all. Customer Service was exceptional. I thought about another cool color, but opted for stainless. Not as beautiful, but no paint to chip. I mostly cook vegetables and the oven does a lovely job caramelizing them. I make oil free fries with just seasoning and they are amazing. Other veggies too. Wonderful appliance!

I have been using this smart oven for about 3 weeks now. I have never used any appliance as frequently as I do this oven. I use it each and every day. I use the toasting function, The broiling function, the baking, the air fryer and even the proofing function when making bread. Broiling a hot dog is as good as it gets. The hot dog comes out evenly crisped and even temperature throughout. Toasting of bread makes a crisp layer of crispness but may not be as dark in color as you are used to. Not a problem for my husband and I. I thus far cannot say anything negative about this Oven. I love this as well as all my other Breville products.

Breville toaster oven with air fryer

I love my oven but I have a lot of brown liquid under my toaster every time I use my air fryer with anything that isn't vegetables. I tried positioning my pan under the basket and not putting too much chicken, etc. in it. I never use marinade and I dry off my chicken before cooking it. Why does this happen? I hate it. I have to lift up the toaster over each time I use it to clean under and around the toaster oven. Help???

Defective Model - Doesn't start timer after you open & close oven door.

Initially I received a defective product. The timer wouldn't start when I would open and close the door after preheating, which caused the oven to turn off after ~5 minutes. I notified breville and they provided me another oven ASAP; I do appreciate their fast response. But the replacement oven is just a software update to start the timer as soon as preheating is done. It doesn't wait for me to open & close the oven door to start the timer. I would avoid this model until they fix whatever hardware/software issue is causing the problem.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I’ve been very surprised at the versatility of the BOSA 900. I love the size and frankly I’ve given my convection microwave a vacation since I first used this oven. It keeps the temperature and even it’s program settings are flexible. I think I found a way to cook all SUMMER without having to strip in the kitchen or pay extra to my electric company
