Great oven & functions, but issues after a year

I loved Breville smar oven when I used it for a year. Shortly after a year the knob for function was not operating well. We had to push/pull then turn to make it work. About 18 months convection option started making weird noise and it seem that we cannot use that function anymore. Adding on top, yes this oven does not seem to reach the temperature it indicates.
This is an expensive oven and we should not have to replace it every couple years. Great oven, but cannot give many stars for the above reasons.

Bigger and better than our previous air fry capable toaster oven.

We owned a Ninja toaster oven with the ability to flip away, which we used all the time to the point we never used the flip away feature. We wanted something bigger with the ability to cook more at once. This was what I found that looked well made and did what we wanted. I also occasionally cook bread so having a proof setting when the kitchen is a little colder in the winter is awesome. It does everything out Ninja did but better, recommend this oven!

My husband bought me the best do-it-all oven in the world! We have used it every day since unboxing it. Easy to use and clean. We ordered more wire baskets for bigger batches and multi-frying and cooking. Love it!

We’ve had this oven about a month and are so happy we decided to go for it after months of debate. I am using it often and my built in oven less and less. This oven is virtually silent in every stage of preheating, baking, roasting, air frying, etc. and it cooks accurately in every function I have tried so far. I have cooked a meal in it using a 13x9 glass pan with handles. It’s big but not an eyesore.

This is the best oven out there in this class, this is the third one we bought, it last for three years with multiple uses per day, we use it at least 3 times a day, at that rate 3 full years makes it a deal, it will last longer if you don't use it as much as we do, it is our go to oven , we call it the blast furnace, we just bought our kid and his wife one, I'm sure they will be really happy with it!!!
