Replaced my oven

I worked for William Sonoma at the time and purchased one of the first smart ovens when they were introduced to our store. This was back over 15 years ago I believe. Since that first day, I brought it home and placed it on my counter I have not Turned my oven on or used it at all. The only use my poor oven gets now is the burners. I introduced my daughter and she purchased one and it has been a godsend to her family of four. I love this smart oven and should something ever happen to it. I would purchase another. Cannot live without it!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have had mine for four months now and still in love with it! I have only ised my regular oven once but this does everything! It would be the best gift for someone who cooks and bakes. Love that it proof’s my bread dough and just cooked a loaf in it yesterday. Will be buying more Breville in the near future 💕
Bought it before Thanksgiving so I would have an extra oven. I baked pies and then warmed my ham while the side dishes were in my regular oven. It’s great for pizza! Heats up faster than a regular oven and bakes very evenly.
I was so upset because my toaster oven was so old and I just love it when I called the department that sells it. I was able to get a really good deal and I was just so blessed with my toaster my new toaster oven.
The 'air fryer' market has been picking up steam lately. Everywhere you go you will see some kind of air fryers advertised. There are quite a few air fryer models out there and most of them are actually less expensive than Breville. We have been using the early version of air fryer for a long time - the toaster oven. A toaster oven is very similar to the air fryer, without the convection feature and the programmong feature. The Breville Air Fryer Pro stands out among all the other air fryers. It is high quality, well made, good selection of programs for different food items, and good capacity. You can actually cook a 14-lb turkey in this oven, but we haven't tried it yet. We have tried a few other features and the food came out really good, in terms of temperature and color. We have been really happy with this model - the Air Fryer Pro.
Bought this for our family “cook”, my 26-year-old grandson. He wanted a toaster oven and while Googling for one, I went down a rabbit hole with Breville. I selected this model for the options, including the oven light and dehydration mode. To say he was excited when he opted the box is and understatement. He’s tried all the features except the dehydrator but he’ll try that mode before too long. The outside of the oven gets hot to the touch but that seems to be the case with all the toaster ovens I looked at.

The oven just arrived. I bought a new oven, but seems like a refurbished one. I noticed that the door sound like metal on metal friction, doesn’t close properly, there is a gap between the door and the oven seal. Buttons doesn’t work properly neither when turning. Sound metal on metal friction too, not freely

Thank you for your review. As noted in the manual, there will be vented openings in the door. This is intentional.
However, there shouldn't be excessive noise when opening and closing the door. Please expect an email shortly. We'll be happy to see how we might help from there.

Not worth it

I’ve only used it for a few months and it is already broken. For a while I just thought I was making mistakes in my recipes and I just kept cranking up the heat to make up for it. It’s a new oven and it was great in the beginning so it didn’t even cross my mind something was wrong with it. I finally just realized that the bottom heating element is broken. That’s why my pies and cookies always end up with soggy bottoms. Breville please help. What do I do?
