It’s easy to be skeptical of any device claiming to do many things well - too often they don’t. But the Breville Air Fryer Pro is the rare exception - we have already perfectly cooked salmon, Brussels sprouts, lasagna, bacon, and - when rain made it impossible to use our outdoor pizza oven, pizza. Everything was cooked more quickly than in our gas oven, making it easier to get dinner out for a large group. This is the same size as our microwave but so much more versatile and useful. The one exception is toasting bread or bagels - it takes longer than in a toaster or toaster oven. And when using two racks, it is important to rotate the pans between racks sos that they cook evenly - if you don’t, the bottom one may be burned on the bottom just as the top one is done. So easy to use - the large screen interface makes setting the right temperature fast, and you can immediately adjust the time as needed. Definitely recommend!!
This is my second Breville oven. I LOVED my 450. It did everything I could want and did it well. I got the 900 as it is supposed to be better and it air fries. It does not do toast well at all. One side is great and the other is still white. I wish I had my 450 back. Otherrwise, it is a good oven but not as great as I had expected.
So far, I have cooked fish fillets, french fries, pizza, breaded shrimp, and chicken thighs. I must say that everything turned out great, but cleaning the inside top of the oven is extremely hard! The manual and Breville Videos talk a lot about not using harsh chemicals and abrasives. The sides and all the accessories are easy to clean! But I have big hands and trying to clean the inside top is pretty much impossible!

This is my 2nd purchase of this product. The first one stopped working just after the warranty period but my credit card extended warranty benefit paid for this second one. One my first time using it, I am not able to set the temperature above 250 degrees in the bake setting. What is going on? Please help as I really want to enjoy this product.

This was received as a Christmas gift so we are just beginning to use it. It is taking a while to figure out all that we can do with it, but so far, so good.
I replaced my oldie but goodie toaster oven with a new Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer Pro. Oh, the things I can now do quicker, hotter and all around amazing! You don't know what you're missing until you use one of these. I'm air frying now and just love the settings for every possible other oven function. Thank you for technology that is so easy to use!
This is my 2nd Oven in 20+ years. I upgraded from the Mini Smart Oven that was soooo reliable for 20 yrs! Didn't realize the new features would impress me so much. I use my Oven nearly every day. Love the Air-fry (something totally foreign to me), the Proof setting is so great...I bake my own bread once a week and my gas stove can't be set low enough yto proof dough. And the crazy thing...love, love, love the oven light! Can't say enough good things about it!

"SELECT" Dial Broke - Can't Choose Cook Option!

Loved this oven until the "Select" turn dial stopped working correctly. Now it's INFURIATING to try and choose the cook mode you want to use. We've only used the oven just over a year and now it's almost impossible to use. The heating and cooking and toasting still work, but it take 5 minutes just to choose them! Grrrrr!
