Loved our Toaster Oven until Recently

This is our second Breville toaster oven. We upgraded from the first one and love the size and features of the larger smart oven. We loved Breville so much we bought one for our daughter when she moved. The problem is only after three years, we are experiencing problems with the toaster oven turning off mid cycle and then sometimes turning back on. We purchased the more expensive model in hopes of having it for many years. I am very disappointed and contemplating purchasing another brand. I honestly don’t know if I would recommend.

I called them because of my breville smart oven air fryer because The air fryer does not work any longer. They know about a heating problem for it, but do not offer to replace it.

Works great for awhile

We depend on our toaster over and it has been fabulous with the exception that after a couple of years, the mode selector know begins to act erratic to the point that selecting a cooking mode begins to become a chores as the knob scrolls without any predictably. This is the second oven to do this!

Love this product and use daily. So versatile. Doesn’t heat up room like the large oven. Would buy again and again.

Great oven but died after 2yrs

Great oven however after about 2yrs it quit heating. It turns on and just sits there and never gets hot. Occasionally it will work but more often than not it doesn’t heat. This is my second and last breville smart oven. Sad
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
