Takes 2x time to make toast than beloved Breville toaster oven. Takes practice to learn how to use the air fryer as lots of different air fries on market and all cook differently. I got so wouldn’t have to have 2 appliances on counter, but takes a lot of cleaning time with multiple trays to catch basket. Tried parchment paper to reduce but it allows moisture build up. Found tip to open door if see moisture build up, which works, but doesn’t keep air temp throughout oven when you do that. Was nice to use as oven when our AC was out.

The best oven in its class ( But air frying 🤔)

This is our 2nd Breville oven we use every feature EXCEPT the air fryer we used it once and compared to the dedicated air fryer’s from other brands this is impossible to clean afterwards. Especially when fat from chicken hits the coils above there’s no good way to effectively clean it . However the roasting feature is my favorite. For a small appliance it’s extremely consistent. We love all our Breville products. Waiting for their pizza oven to come down in price.

We gained the air fry function but the toaster oven isn't as good. We now have to set it to 5 for some what toasted toast.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Smart oven and fryer

The smart oven air fryer pro Initially worked great, but after only one years it started having issues. The door. , no longer fully closing without it being pushed. I have called the customer service. They took care the issue and I am very pleased. Very satisfied with Sandra ‘s customer service.

3 years old but hinge just broke

I use this more than my oven. The convenience is amazing. We broil, air fry, bake meals… I don’t use this for baking cookies and cakes because for some reason it doesn’t bake baked goods evenly. I am now looking replace due to I’m afraid the door will shatter because of the hinge being broken. I am debating getting a Breville or a Ninja.

It’s pretty good, but….

I love this air fryer. You can cook literally everything! But it bothers me that it doesn’t come with an anti dripping tray besides the crumb tray, so when you are cooking, you are going to have to clean the bottom before it sticks to the oven; I can’t find any accessories to fix that problem either.

Great until it isn’t

This was my 2nd Breville toaster oven. The first one lasted for 6+ years and we loved it so much that we bought a bigger one. This one has lasted for about 2 years before the door stopped closing the entire way leaving a gap and making it so the door sensor turns the oven off and has become unreliable and inconsistent. When it worked….it was awesome but it seems like lesser quality than older version since it only lasted a short time.
