Just purchased and gingerly getting used to it. Little nervous using it, still relying on NuWave oven, cooking steaks in around 9 minutes. Confused about the convection button, how and when to use it. Cooking frozen food little daunting to me. Bought couple cook books and they are not much help so far. Being optimistic by nature will see what happens. Cookies on my list.
Everything goes into the Breville. My oven is now a closet for the pots and pans I rarely have to use. Looking forward to trying all the features it offers but am positive the results will be perfect meals everytime.
My old Smart Oven lasted 4 years. I was disappointed that it broke. However, I did buy a new one because it is a great addition to my fully equipped kitchen. I hope this one lasts longer.
I use the Smart Oven more than our regular oven. It heats up fast and is easy to operate. It is my first choice before using our large regular range. I have made everything from Pizza to proofing and baking bread. I wish that there were better cookbooks specifically for the Breville. I love this oven and do not have buyers remorse. I researched other choices and very happy that I finally decided on the Breville smart oven pro.
I bought the Breville air fryer/counter over pro and could not be more pleased. The product us very well made and highly functional. It’s a very nice looking and very practical small countertop appliance that has been providing our home with stellar performance since we bought it (over a month ago).
Works great, just wish I wasn't on my 3rd one in just over 5 years.

We got this to replace our toaster over and air fryer, and it has turned out to be one of the most used appliance in the kitchen. Air frying, dehydrating, proofing, toasting, and most often just regular old baking, both as an additional second oven, or as the primary oven for anything that fits. I just wish it had proved for durable. Our first one lasted a bit over four years, then the door spring. This seems to be a common problem because repair parts were sold out everywhere. We bought a second one at full retail, and within just a few months, the convection fan failed. Breville replaced it under warranty, but we did have to ship the defective one back and wait some time to get the replacement. That's too much failure in too short a time for such an expensive appliance. Hopefully this latest unit lasts so long that I forget about the earlier problems, because it has become hard to do without.
