Oven stopped working after less than a year

I bought this oven last summer but it now no longer is able to toast and does not seem to heat up to the desired temperature. When we initially bought it we loved it - it has a lot of great features. Now it gets warm but does not reach a hot temperature. I looked up how to repair it but it does not seem repairable. Very disappointed, as I bought this to replace a toaster oven and air fryer and now it does neither.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have been using Breville toaster ovens many, many years. Never had a problem. This new one has created a new kitchen for me. I have not used all functions yet but what I have used has given me the same satisfaction and covered all of my expectations... just like before - Five *****. I am going to use the roasting feature this week and hopefully the air fryer. I do cook a lot but am taking my time learning....and have no question in my mind that as I get to each feature I will enjoy using every one of them. Thanks for making such wonderful products... By the way I didn't know you made other products and am planning on making another purchase.... perhaps a food processer... next.

I purchased this Breville Toaster Oven to replace an old toaster oven I purchased at a yard sale many years ago. This Breville Toaster Oven is awesome. It has replaced my toaster, toaster oven, and air fryer. This Breville Toaster Oven also has a convection oven and dehydrates. This little toaster oven can do almost anything.

When our toaster oven quit working, we bought this product. It now does more than our toaster oven or air fryer ever could. It has more room to cook, and the digital settings are so easy to use. Can't wait to explore the recipes in the mobile app.

Loved our Toaster Oven until Recently

This is our second Breville toaster oven. We upgraded from the first one and love the size and features of the larger smart oven. We loved Breville so much we bought one for our daughter when she moved. The problem is only after three years, we are experiencing problems with the toaster oven turning off mid cycle and then sometimes turning back on. We purchased the more expensive model in hopes of having it for many years. I am very disappointed and contemplating purchasing another brand. I honestly don’t know if I would recommend.
