Can't top that!

I really appreciate my "the Smart Oven:registered: Air". I hesitated for a while and shopped around looking for a good price. The price at major department stores were more than the price on this site. Purchased in December, just used it for the first time; pizza. The pizza cooked on the convection setting, was ready before the 20 minutes was up. I don't use the oven on my stove anymore. I love the fact that this machine has a dehydrate setting also. It looks GREAT on my counter top. I love using it. So far, I have NO complaints about this oven. Thank You Breville.

Money well spent

A week after getting the smart oven air fryer,my big oven stopped working.I wasn't too upset and dont intend to buy one anytime sooon and spend all that money since I can do pretty much everything in the smart oven.Even my husband uses it and he is pretty much useless in the kitchen.He can now air fry chicken legs and French fries without my help.With all the marks in the front where everything goes it is very easy. PLEASE THINK ABOUT DOING A COOK BOOK.

The Most Versatile Tool in my Kitchen!!!!!

This is far and away the best, most versatile oven I've ever owned and my full sized ovens are Thermadors! I've had my Smart Oven Air for nearly a year and I use it almost every day. From proofing pizza dough to baking brownies, casseroles, and chicken, toasting bagels and pita bread, air frying French fries, roasting veggies, baking cakes and fresh bread, all with absolutely perfect results! The heat is more even than the heat in my Thermador and of course this little oven gets the job done faster because it takes less time to preheat. I only fire up the Thermador when I'm roasting huge baking sheets full of tomatoes and peppers for marinara from scratch or making enough food for a crowd. I love love love love LOVE this little oven! Thank you Breville for making such a high quality oven with so much versatility!

I just tried the air fry setting to make eggplant parmigiana. It's so awesome. No greasy frying, less mess, and healthier. I'm still discovering new features. PS it makes great toast too!

Love The Oven But!

Cleaning this oven as stated does not work. I clean my oven after each use but it is impossible to get the oven and the rods cleaned. I have a Cadco Oven with removable parts that is a dream to clean. Wouldn't mind spending more money if you can enhance this oven for easier cleaning. Also, the light! If possible, a feature to keep the light on while cleaning and shut if off when done. I will still use my oven, but wish the oven had features to make cleaning it easier. Or, a special cleaner to clean the inside.

Smart Oven Air

I love my Smart Oven Air. I have been keeping it working baking dozens of cookies for several days. The oven heats fast and bakes fast. I do not have a problem with baking one cookie batch at a time because the oven bakes so fast. I have used the oven for everything it will do except slow cook because I have the Breville Fast Slow Cooker. I have the Breville 800 Smart Oven too and still use it. I now have 6 Breville Apppliancs and love all. I praise the Breville products to anyone who will listen.

A superior baking experience

I've had a regular toaster oven which had become quite dirty and hard to clean cooking and roasting meals. I had been using my Viking oven for primarily baking, however it was quite difficult regulate the oven temperature, which also baked my pies and tarts unevenly. I decided to by a Breville Smart oven and use it only for baking so as to keep it clean. So far everything I've bake in it has turned out perfect, and it by out shines my Viking oven in performance.

Have had this oven for about 6 weeks. I have not used my regular oven since I have had it. Everything has come out great, this is the most even cooking oven I have used. Buy it you will not have regrets!
