I was looking for a good Counter Top Fryer/Oven/Toaster for the house. About 3 years ago, I purchase a Breville Oven for the Breakroom area for a 45 person Guard Force. They loved the one they got, and after 3 years of daily use, it is still going strong. So I decided to go with Breville for my home, and I was not disappointed. Pizza's and fries come out great. Doing cheesy bread is easier, and Air Frying chicken is simple. Needed additional mess baskets for how much we use the Air Fryer setting. Opened and set up on Christmas day 2019, ours has been used almost every single day. I will be purchasing more Breville's in the future.

Loved until today!

Bought January 10, 2020. Loved this product. took some time to figure out air fryer for crisp items. Today the convention oven sounds like its a airplane motor going bad. NOT Happy that less than 3 months and it's dying.

Love It, but has Hot Spot in Back

This is my second Breville Oven. Gave first one away and upgraded to this larger size. Rarely ever use regular oven anymore, except to roast large amounts of chicken bones for large batches of bone broth, This new one does have a hot spot in back left side, hopefully they can fix this issue. Found a Great stainless pan and rack combo on Amazon that's bigger than one that came with it and JUSI fits perfect! Haven't tried air fryer yet

I was hoping this oven wouldn't disappoint - IT DID NOT. I diligently researched; online reviews, various YouTube reviews, America's Test Kitchen video of a similar model. It is all-around amazing and has exceeded my expectations. Many thanks to Breville.

Glass exploded

I bought this Breville at the end of December - we were baking some chicken in it and the glass in the door exploded. I did take pictures.

Great oven bad design

I hate writing bad reviews on what should have been an awesome product but I know for a fact this will not last a long time and for the price I am very very disappointed. The oven itself works great but how and where they have placed the digital timer and dials are ( DEFINITELY IN THE WRONG PLACE ) and on top of that, they have nothing in place to stop the steam and moisture that's pumping out of that side like the funnel of a steam engine from getting in there, and as you can guess in am already having issues with my oven already, it's been only 4 months since in bought mine, so for everyone who made it longer than a year I am really happy for you.

disappointing oven

Toast function very slow. set for toast, dark, 7 minutes = white. additional 4+ minutes = light toast. Tried air fried chicken; not crispy at all. air fried bacon took 25 minutes. The clean up was very time consuming, even with the roasting pan beneath the air fry basket. going back to my smaller air fryer and toaster. Very disappointing especially given the price for this "do it all" oven.

Great oven while it works. Parts are NOT available so that makes it NOT repairable and an expensive throwaway!
