Best counter top oven ever!!

Great for all things. Reheating, toasting, air frying, baking, keep things warm, proofing frozen dough, and the list goes on. The only thing I have discovered that would NOT be good to air fry is chicken wings because of the juice and liquid that normally come out of them......there is nothing to catch the drippings and they would made a mess on the rack

This is the ONLY oven appliance you need!

I have had Breville ovens for the better part of three years. I purchased this latest one with the air fryer about a year and a half ago and I could not be happier. I have not touched my main oven in over three years. The air fry function is absolutely wonderful we've been able to do wings and have been able to allow my children, teenagers to utilize this without any concern especially with the time sets and safety measures that are on this. The company also stands behind their product which says a lot about the product and the company. I will keep buying Breville oven's and appliances knowing that theiy are quality made products. By the way, their customer service is A-1 and I do not say that lightly.

Dehydrating Recipes

I am very pleased with the oven however finding instructions/recipes for dehydrating fruits (which one of the reasons I wanted this oven) is nonexistent. Does Breville not provide instructions/recipes? If not, this feature seems useless. Otherwise I would have given this product 5 stars. There is nothing on their their website regarding this feature. Any suggestions out there?

Difficult to clean

I love the product but find it is very difficult, if not impossible, to clean - especially the bottom pan. I have soaked, scrubbed and used grill cleaners to no avail. Curious if other owners are having the same issues.

Nice oven with need to improve

All oven function works great and easy to use.
However need to insulate outer surface especially top surface as it gets burning hot.
Compare to older model newer smart oven model causes water droplet build up and steaming at the upper door corner on display panel side. This happens every time even when we toast bread which is a short time. As our oven is under kitchen cabinet, steam effects the cabinet wood and fades cabinet stain. Must address and improve this problem. I am also wondering whether water build up will eventually cause metal rusting.

My boyfriend got me this oven for Christmas a couple years ago, and it's the best give I've ever received. I don't even like using my regular oven anymore because this one is just so amazing!! It preheats very fast and my vegetables are done in 10 minutes. Only thing I wish there was - a link online that takes you to all the baking dishes and pans that fit in this oven! Anyways, this oven is sooo worth it! Breville never disappoints.

A Great Airr fryer, convection, smart oven

I have owned this oven for almost 2 years. I love this oven I use it at least once a day everyday. Today I am proofing dough and when that finishes. I will bake my raisin bread on convection bake. For dinner I will be having fried shrimp and French fries using my air fryer. Did I mention I started my day making toast for breakfast. I would recommend this product to everyone. It is constructed with high quality it is like a Mercedes. Solid.
