Dont Rush Out To BUY

I had the original Breville toaster oven with convection and loved it so I thought I would upgrade to the large one with the air fryer. What a mistake! First of all the toaster is not as good and the airgryer makes the biggest mess I have ever seen.It doesn't cook or crisp as well as the little dash air fryer I had and you have to do a major clean up job afterward. I would not suggest anyone buy this for the air fryer!!!

Steam release next to electronics

I have seen many good reviews of the Smart Oven Air. My only concern is the video reviews I've seen of this item, there was steam releasing from the door. I'm concerned the electronics right next to where this steam being released will affect the longevity of the oven. I would like to see the engineers to have sealed the door with a heat and waterproof seal. Also, it seems as though foods cook more quickly or brown more towards the back of the unit. This could be remedied by placement of the convection fans, or at least directing the airflow of the convection fans. I must admit, I do not own this oven. I am only commenting of what I have noticed in video reviews. It does seem to be better designed than many other small ovens I have seen. I would just like to have my concerns addressed before I were to purchase one. I do own a Breville Sous Chef food processor and love it.

One of the best items EVER in my kitchen!

Recommended by a friend who is a gifted Chef. Without a doubt one of the most efficient, effective and reliable items I've ever had in my kitchen. I've worked in numerous restaurants, attended culinary school and do all cooking at home. The oven is used several times every day. There is only one down side... it is fully IMPOSSIBLE to clean.

A work horse in my kitchen

I LOVE this oven. It is so versatile and I use it multiple times per day. From toast for breakfast to making pizzas for dinner, it never sits idle. As a home baker, I was so impressed that I seldom turn on my Jenn-Air oven. I much prefer my Breville. I bake almost everything in it—bread, cookies, etc. I bought it almost three years ago and I can't say enough about it. Look no farther. This is the oven you need.

Great Air Friyer

It is our first Breville brand oven. In two weeks of use, it works perfectly. When we received it, it had a small dent in a lateral area, but nothing that affected its operation. It is very well insulated so that it does not overheat the environment (I live in Texas and the climate is very hot all year round), and we did not want an additional source of heat inside the house.
Its finish is very elegant and its functions are complete. Definitely what we need. The price is a little high, but worth it due to its quality.
