Wish it had an extra inch in the interior

I recently replaced my old Breville toaster oven with a Smart Oven Air Fryer Pro and use it almost every day: toast, bake, slow cooker, air fryer. The only reason I do not give it 5 stars is because the interior width dimension, which I understood to be 16 inches is slightly less due to the rack slots. Therefore, the oven does not accommodate some of my bread baking pans, 9x13 pans with handles, etc. So unfortunately I’m not getting quite the use out of it that I had anticipated. That said, it’s an essential appliance in my kitchen.

not only is this oven gorgeous! It’s also very easy to use. The oven is the most even temperature countertop oven I have ever used. It cooks everything to absolute perfection! The dials are easy to read and easy to use. The oven comes with a generous amount of racks in addition to the Roaster and Air Fryer Pan. The oven also operates very quietly.

This is an excellent air fryer convection oven. What makes it stand out are that it uses quartz heating elements which have a very long life of 10 years. It has an app with recipes. If you want more cooking help with sensors I recommend getting the Joule version with additional sensors.

Only had about 2 weeks before it got the ultimate test with 1 one of thanksgiving turkeys. I won hands down for better flavor vs the conventional oven turkey !!

This is my 2nd purchase of this product. The first one stopped working just after the warranty period but my credit card extended warranty benefit paid for this second one. One my first time using it, I am not able to set the temperature above 250 degrees in the bake setting. What is going on? Please help as I really want to enjoy this product.
