To be honest this is a replacement for my first one. It got sick, I reached out to Breville and they took great care of me, they really stand behind their products. I love this oven SO much. I named it Clark because it's like the Superman of appliances. I almost never use my big oven anymore. I use this for everything except bacon (too messy). I have made bread, cakes, cookies, roasts, pork chops, potatoes and more in Clark. Everything has turned out great. It's a pricy device in my opinion, but worth every penny.
