We really love this little oven, especially as it has so many possible functions. I have used it for baking, air frying, roasting, broiling, toasting, and proofing dough. It works great. The only thing I would suggest is that when using the air fry basket, put the baking pan on the bottom rack to stop drips. Otherwise, you have a mess of fats or bits of food dropping onto the heating elements.

This oven does it all- air frying , toasting, bread proofing, pizzas , dehydrating , broiling, baking! I got mine right before thanksgiving and use it daily, sometimes several times per day ever since! I used to have a double oven and the Breville has totally replaced the need to install double ovens in our new home. It is large and takes a bit of counter space but no regrets- love it.
