This is not an oven, it’s a time machine. I can’t count how many times I have made meals on the fly with this thing. Dehydrate function is awesome. Used the proofing which works well. Top-notch customer support.

It’s larger than the standard breville. It takes up more counter space. You can use larger foil trays which is great. Cleaning often is still necessary (wish they would add a self cleaning mode). Grates don’t clean easily and stuff sticks. Otherwise I love it and use it daily.
