The Smart Oven Air is everything my previous Breville Oven wasn't. It has Air Fry and Dehydrate modes, an interior light, phased cooking and a polished SS crumb pan. The one feature that is missing is a delayed on feature; one can cheat with the phased on feature, but it is not the same. Overall this oven is a keeper. Even cooking and easy to keep clean.

Ive been using this oven for about 8 months now and im super glad i bought it,food taste so good when its cook here and it cuts 1/2 hour than the regular oven.Ive been telling my friends even strangers about this wonderful oven.The only difficulty i have is cleaning where the light is.Thank you so much for making such a useful appliance ~Janette

This oven does it all! The settings are very specific and easy to navigate. The door graphics also make the functionality easy to learn and reuse. We did our research before purchase and have NOT been disappointed! It cooks beautifully, as promised. As a couple, we use this oven daily. Highly recommend!
