Not as good as my previous Breville smart oven pro cranberry model.

We bought this as an upgrade to the smaller Breville smart oven pro that we had for 2 years and still worked perfectly. We wanted an oven that was larger. I have had this oven in use for 7 months and from the start noticed uneven cooking which the smaller Breville never had issues with. I never burned food in the smaller Breville like have done in this one. I have to watch the food closely. Today the regular convection stopped working. Super convection will work though. I will buy another Breville oven but I will not buy this model again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the multiple functions. The only thing I don't like is the steam that comes out from the side of door. It usually fogs the screen and in some cases my food instead of having crispy results , its a little soggy.

When me and the wife were married 2004 we purchased the P1 Breville oven..Eventually we got a air fryer...16 years and 3 kids later..Time to upgrade...So for the money and counter space..The Breville SO Air Fry Pro is a no brainer...Love it and my 3 ten year old girls are enjoying the joys of baking, cooking and learning measuring. Best $$ I have ever spent for pure enjoyment.

Second Breville oven, first one 15 yrs old, used it on my deck outdoors, never inside. The only reason replaced was because I wanted the air fryer all in one, still working when I got rid of it. The best appliance ever!

I love my Smart Oven. It pre-heats super fast and the window lets me see the progress of my baked items. I love that I can fit a 9x13 baking dish in it. I was tempted to purchase a new gas range with a double oven or a duel fuel range. But then I saw the Breville Smart Oven and decided I would purchase that plus a regular gas range and have the best of both worlds. I am glad I made that decision.
